Job requirements:
1. Familiar with equipment structure and processing technology, responsible for the installation, debugging, and maintenance of new equipment; The equipment includes semiconductor specific equipment such as wafer dicing machine, thinning machine, and Jig saw;
2. Handling client device anomalies, communicating and providing feedback on customer issues;
3. Assist customers in product trial production;
4. Provide customer training on usage and maintenance, and provide professional answers to customer questions;
5. Responsible for collecting customer suggestions for equipment improvement and providing feedback;
6. Responsible for filling out maintenance reports;
7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualification:
1. College degree or above, with at least 3 years of relevant equipment usage and maintenance experience;
2. Can accept nationwide business trips, mainly concentrated in the East China region;
3. Good professional qualities, team spirit, and strong hands-on ability;
4. Obey work assignments, have some ability to handle pressure, and adapt to long-term business trips or on-site services.
