Silicon carbide materials have the characteristics of high hardness, high strength, high thermal conductivity, low coefficient of thermal expansion, excellent thermal stability, low density, and no magnetism. These excellent properties make it widely used in fields such as aerospace, aviation, national defense, automotive, chemical, nuclear energy, and semiconductor equipment manufacturing. The research and development of high-performance silicon carbide ceramics in China is still in a slow development stage, with outdated technology and low maturity. The high-precision silicon carbide ceramic components required for aviation, aerospace, and semiconductor equipment manufacturing are basically monopolized by industrialized countries such as Japan, the United States, and Europe.
